Shannon Due

Strategic Engagement Project Assistant

Shannon is a Strategic Engagement Project Assistant at SALT. She was born and raised in California, where she raised four amazing young men, and is grandma to five granddaughters and one grandson. She moved to Alaska in 2017 with her boyfriend, David of 10 years and she's never looked back. She says it's been an amazing adventure.

Shannon Due brings warmth, ease, and a natural gift for connecting with people to her role as Strategic Engagement Assistant at SALT. With a talent for creating environments where discussions are both productive and enjoyable, Shannon helps groups feel at ease while staying focused on meaningful outcomes.  Her down-to-earth presence and unassuming style invite authentic participation, making her a powerful catalyst for learning and engagement. Whether supporting a community conversation or a strategic planning session, Shannon ensures that everyone feels heard and that collaboration flows smoothly.  Shannon’s ability to foster connection and build trust makes her an invaluable part of the SALT team—and a favorite among clients and partners alike. Away from the office Shannon enjoys all of the beauty that Alaska has to offer with her family.
