Shannon Due supports SALT’s Strategic Engagement team with presence, intuition, and a deep commitment to human connection. Since joining the studio in 2023, she has become a steady hand in planning processes across Alaska—helping clients, communities, and stakeholder groups navigate complex work with clarity and care.


Whether coordinating logistics for leadership workshops, supporting live sessions, or creating space for dialogue, Shannon brings a grounded energy that helps people feel seen and supported. She plays a key role in projects ranging from housing strategies to statewide initiatives—ensuring every engagement reflects SALT’s mission + core values.


Shannon is especially skilled at reading the room, anticipating needs, and helping teams stay focused and connected. Her behind-the-scenes work makes the visible progress possible.


From Northern California, Shannon enjoys family time and the beauty of life in Alaska—bringing that same appreciation for meaningful moments into every project she touches.
