Laura Melbostad - As a Strategic Engagement Director at SALT, Laura brings more than 35+ years of proven financial industry and business leader experience. She has a demonstrated track record of leading and supporting operational excellence while driving profitability and growth through strategy and creative thinking, spanning several industries. As a seasoned leader, Laura found her passion in mentoring and growing organizational leaders and teams and pursued training to become a certified professional coach via the International Coaching Federation. Laura feels incredibly grateful for the trust and relationships she has formed with many diverse leaders and is fiercely committed to each client's success.
