Coaching for Results
Available for the first time in Alaska, jointly hosted by SALT and The Point, this results-driven coaching workshop is designed to broaden leadership capacity by bringing out the best in each individual. Coaching for Results enables leaders and managers to learn practical tools and techniques for maximizing results by leveraging greater potential of people.

The Program
This workshop will broaden your leadership capacity by bringing out the best in each individual. We will provide you with effective best practices for creating a great place to work, motivating employees to do their best, managing performance through a variety of coaching methods and delegating for further development. Workshop participants will come away with added confidence and a set of real-world tools which can be tailored to fit virtually any workplace coaching opportunity.

The Investment
Registration cost is $2,295 (for profit), which includes the 2-day workshop, lunch and materials. We also offer a reduced rate for nonprofit/government organizations of $1995.

The Facilitators
Beroz Ferrell - As the owner of The Point International, and with over 30 years of experience, Beroz has a unique background as a psychologist and organizational consultant. Her core expertise lies in leadership development, strategic planning, team building, culture change processes and organizational development. Beroz believes leaders are not born, they are self-made. Her passion for developing leaders provides the impetus for this workshop. Beroz has often been described as a highly committed, creative and inspiring workshop leader. She brings her global perspective as an international consultant, counselor, speaker, and above all, her own experience as a woman leader.
Laura Melbostad - As a Strategic Engagement Director at SALT, Laura brings more than 35+ years of proven financial industry and business leader experience. She has a demonstrated track record of leading and supporting operational excellence while driving profitability and growth through strategy and creative thinking, spanning several industries. As a seasoned leader, Laura found her passion in mentoring and growing organizational leaders and teams and pursued training to become a certified professional coach via the International Coaching Federation. Laura feels incredibly grateful for the trust and relationships she has formed with many diverse leaders and is fiercely committed to each client's success. Laura is beyond grateful to join SALT in bringing Coaching for Results to Alaska.
