At SALT we value our employees and are always finding new ways to create a balance between detailed and excellent work with quality time outside the office. We are a family of dedicated worker bees who know how to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients while understanding the necessity to prioritize our lives outside of work. We enjoy making time to celebrate small or large wins (often with food), and encourage each other to push creative boundaries and exceed expectations.

Kelsi Swank
Director of Residential Design + Graphics
Kelsi, the Director of Residential Design & Graphics at SALT, was born and raised in Kalispell, Montana, and attended Montana State University, Bozeman and graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. Kelsi has been a project designer and project manager on a variety of projects SALT; her unique point of view helps her see design problems from a different perspective & find creative solutions. She loves diving into the psychological aspects of design and how it impacts the people who occupy or inhabit a space.
After developing the graphics sector at SALT, Kelsi continues to work on expanding the residential department, trying to make design accessible to a larger variety of people. She also loves working on community development projects with Michael and getting to look at the bigger picture and long-term ideas for Anchorage.
What is a moment/project you’re most proud of professionally?
Working with ACLT on the Poshy Paws TI, and getting to see the impact design can have on a community.
