Company Culture
At SALT we value our employees and are always finding new ways to create a balance between detailed and excellent work with quality time outside the office. We are a family of dedicated worker bees who know how to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients while understanding the necessity to prioritize our lives outside of work. We enjoy making time to celebrate small or large wins (often with food), and encourage each other to push creative boundaries and exceed expectations.

Johanna Brown
Assistant Bookkeeper + Office Assistant
Johanna has joined SALT, LLC as our Assistant Bookkeeper + Office Assistant. Bringing with her many years of experience in both areas, she also hopes to put her Event Planning skills to use. Raised in a Navy family, she lived in many places before landing in Alaska in the 1980’s. With deep Alaska roots, her grandmother was one of the original “Kennicott Kids” and her parents are high school sweethearts from Seward. She is looking forward to working closely with her colleagues and becoming a valued member of the SALTines.
When not working, Johanna can be found spending time with her family, especially her two young grandkids. A newly found hobby of seeking treasures in Consignment Shops and Thrift Stores has become a week-end activity. She also enjoys discovering new music, trivia and traveling to warm places in the winter.
What is a moment/project you’re most proud of professionally? Becoming a SALTine!
Yes, please! Laughter and live music
No, thanks. Cilantro and kale
Non-negotiable: Trips to the beach or desert during the winter months
