This 2 day workshop, held at the Aloft Hotel in Anchorage, will broaden your leadership capacity by bringing out the best in each individual. We will provide you with effective best practices for creating a great place to work, motivating employees to do their best, managing performance through a variety of coaching methods and delegating for further development. Workshop participants will come away with added confidence and a set of real-world tools which can be tailored to fit virtually any workplace coaching opportunity.
